Ukraine Pneumonic Plague Update Nov 8

It seems that what is happening in the Ukraine is indeed plague and that it was most likely delivered by means of biological warfare through aerosol sprays.This is not confirmed, but my own thought on the matter. It is possible that the disease is a mutated form of A/H1N1 (for which thevaccine will probably be useless,I imagine) or that it is a form of weaponized influenza or plague.
