Ok right now 25 and then 20 still sound the best to me. 30's coming in 3rd, and I think it's a good beat. 7&13 don't really sound like they're done, and 32 needs some of that lazer synth subtracted and the drums reworked, oh and the "feeling of power" sample, the distortion on the end sounds bad. It's just the way I feel about it, felt this deserved some actual feedback.
