Over the last month, several videos submitted for approval didn't include titles, descriptions and/or tags/keywords. After repetitious correction requests, it's been brought to the administrators' attention that some rules and guidelines for video submissions are in order.
- Search archives for existing copy of media - save us both the time and trouble by checking to see if someone else has already posted the same content.
- Be sure to include title, description and tags - submissions not including any of these three will no longer be accepted. We need to be able to find the content later too, and without proper information, your video will be lost amongst the masses.
- Any duplicate video submissions will be removed with the original video submission remaining intact and a notification of removal sent to the poster of the duplicate content.
- Links for multi-part videos are essential to be considered for a feature - let's not make people hunt and peck for your valuable content. Copy and paste multi-part video website addresses directly into the description so all of us can easily watch parts 1, 2, 3, ... etc.
